Returns & Refunds
If you're not 100% sure that you are going to love our toilet paper, don't worry! We know how important bum comfort is to you (its important to us as well), so please read the questions and answers below which go into more detail on how you can return your toilet paper if its just not the right one for you! Please read it prior to purchasing as all sales are subject to this policy.
We stand behind our toilet paper, so if you are not 100% happy with your experience, we will accept a return and refund your money. However, we only accept returns of boxes that are largely unused - so, if you have used more than 20% of your box (6 rolls in a pack of 24, or 11 rolls in a pack of 48), we cannot accept your return. PS We also do not accept returns of any used toilet paper!
Please email us at email@example.com within 30 days of your purchase, telling us that you would like a return, and providing your order number. Make sure you tell us what the problem is so we can fix it next time!
Once you've contacted us with details of your return, we will provide you with a return shipping label and cover the cost of return shipping. nd even cover the cost of return postage. All you need to do is print and securely attach the return shipping address label (after removing the original delivery instructions) to the box or packaging you received your order in (or other packaging if you have already disposed of ours) and pop it in the post. We won't charge you a restocking fee or penalty for returning your TP!
